Dajung Jung, Head Coach Pride F.C.
Coach Dajung is a former professional soccer player for Seoul City Hall, as well as having played junior high school, high school, and collegiate, and club soccer.
She is a veteran professional soccer coach, having coached Namgu Youth Soccer Club; Gacheon Sports Club; Incheon Football Academy; and Korea Junior Football Club.
She is currently the coach of Michu All Sports Association's women's club soccer team,
Coach Dajung holds the Sports Leader Soccer Level 2 certificate, as well as her KFA Class C coaching license.

Jabin Yun, Cubs Head Coach
Coach "Jabs" is a lifelong "jock" (athlete) and is wholly dedicated to the development of our girls. Jabin is a natural athlete and a natural big sister figure for our girls giving them moral support, (wo)mentorship and leadership in their best and their hardest moments.
Jabin is licensed by the KFA as "D" License coach, and regularly referees KFA games as a professional referee.
She is also a seasoned public relations professional, having served in public relations for Samsung Biologics.

Coach Emily began playing soccer at 4 years old and has played continuously throughout her life for Charles Village Recreation Council, Chadwick International School, Pride Girls Soccer, and The Incheon Hyundai Red Angels' (WK League Professional Soccer Team) Youth Team, and currently plays for Meechuall Women's Soccer Team.
Coach Emily's soccer philosophy is "do whatever the team needs of you - and never quit."

Coach Matthew joined Pride Girls Soccer team's volunteer coaching staff in order to spend more quality time with his daughter. They have grown together on the field and Coach Matthew has become an important part of the Pride family, supporting not just his girl but all Pride girls, always encouraging them and driving them to do their best and be their best. Coach Matthew is the president of the Coaching Coalition and is responsible for getting parents involved on the field as referees, assistant coaches, linesmen, timekeepers, or simply chasing down balls that roll out of bounds. Every little bit of parent participation means the world to our girls.

John Starling, Interim Head Coach
Pride Girls Soccer Founder
Coach John is a lifelong soccer player, having played recreation soccer as a boy and club soccer as an adult, as well as playing for Air Base teams in the while serving in the U.S. Air Force. He has coached youth soccer 2-3 seasons per year, since 2009 when he began coaching for The Charles Village Recreation League where he was also an Age Group Coordinator. While coaching at CVRL he received annual training in coaching young soccer players from UK Elite.
In 2014 and 2015 he coached girls soccer at The Chadwick International School and in 2016 founded Pride Girls Soccer with fellow youth advocate, Donovan Loomis. In 2017 John became the sole owner of Pride Girls Soccer.
Always a teacher, John has taught adult literacy, adventure education and creative writing to both gifted and at-risk and severely emotionally disturbed high school students.
For the last 20 years has advised and trained companies and nonprofit organizations, and served as a performance coach for their senior executives, and is the owner of Starling Growth Advisory.
John is also the founder of The School of the Way, a free MMA (Mentoring & Martial Arts) School in his home city of Baltimore, Maryland, which offers the life lessons of the Eastern martial arts to predominantly low income young people in exchange for community service.
